Overview
BelleHavens is another equity-based destination club. Membership deposits are aggregated until a property can be purchased outright (currently 10 membership deposits per property), and so the club should require essentially no debt against its properties. BelleHavens is an affordable club, at under $250 000 to join. We met with Darin Gilson, CEO of BelleHavens, at the Destination Club Conference in Orlando earlier this year, and he seems to be a great guy with tons of integrity. The club has partnered with Stein Hotels and Resorts to make available a wide range of European properties with no nightly charges.
