Likuliku Lagoon Resort, which opened its doors in April, offers a couple’s only retreat and the country’s first ever over water bungalows. Guests experience the renowned Fijian welcome at Likuliku Resort’s stunning arrival point Masima Island, located in the middle of the lagoon, before being escorted to their bures.

All bures offer private decks, air conditioning, music systems, internet access and king-size beds, and feature all natural materials and traditional designs.

Australian Chef Shane Watson serves up delicious fare with fresh local produce, some of which is grown from his own organic garden on the island. Emphasis is on local seafood, and lush tropical fruits all paired with a world-class wine list.
