The second largest island in the Bahamas, Great Abaco Island has a population of 14 000. The island sits in the Sea of Abaco, and it is possible to visit deserted beaches, island villages and fishing grounds in the area.
The Abaco Club covers a private, 550 acre peninsula on the east coast of the island, and has over two miles of white-sand beaches and dunes. In LUSSO’s words:
Sailing, snorkeling, diving, deep-sea fishing, nature preserves (both on land and in the sea) and world-class golfing are all just outside your door.
As you would expect, members staying in the LUSSO homes in the Abaco Club have full access to the resort’s amenities.
