Quintess (www.quintess.com), one of the major players in the destination club market, has expanded its portfolio with another two Times Square properties in New York City.

Quintess says that its members have voted New York one of the 5 most important destinations in the current portfolio - the club already has two properties on Times Square.

The club has plans for a new style of development, too:

When the Club is able to acquire another pair of similar properties on a different floor, we will begin renovation to create one, awe-inspiring, three-bedroom residence with equally inspiring views of Seventh Avenue and Broadway from its private terrace. When complete, the new three-bedroom residence will be named Opus.

This is the latest in a relatively long string of recent acquisitions for Quintess, including a great-looking property in Tuscany.
