Quintess has just announced the addition to its portfolio of a Tuscan villa. Tuscany is an extremely popular vacation and second-home location, and consistently ranks highly in the preferences of destination club members and prospective members.

The new home may be viewed at http://quintess.com/tuscany/, and is really quite impressive - the acreage and house size in particular:
Terra Toscana, is located on 23 acres of Italian hillside with terraced gardens and views of the town of Radda. This Tuscan villa is aesthetically traditional with modern appointments. Accented with Italian loggias, baked-clay masonry, and terracotta-marble and wood floors, the main building provides spacious accommodation for twelve guests. Six bedrooms with six full and two-half baths are laid-out amongst 6,300 square feet of living space, including the main building and a guest apartment with separate entrance, both with a private kitchen and living room.

This addition is well-timed to follow Quintess’ recently released survey of member preferences - Tuscany topped the list of desired locations.
Quintess shows property availability online, even for non-members, but we can’t see Terra Toscana there. Either the home has already dropped below 180 days of availability for the coming year, or it’s not yet been added to the system.
