Quintess recently shared the results of its member survey. We found the lists of preferred, least popular and most desired locations particularly interesting:

No surprises here, although it’s interesting to see Florence and Paris so high on the list.

Quintess says it was surprising to realize how popular a yacht might be with members. Several other clubs do have yachts, including Yellowstone Club World, Solstice, and Premier Destinations. It’s not clear how popular the yachts have proven for those clubs, but it’s certainly easy to imagine them being utilized heavily. Solstice charges a premium for time spent aboard its yacht - we’re not sure about the other clubs, but it seems likely that they do the same, given the costs of running a luxury yacht.

Quintess seems to be moving to phase out less-popular locations, replacing them with additional homes in more popular locations, and with homes in areas from the ‘most desired’ list.
